• Values

Being connected with yourself, the job at hand and others around you can be a real challenge in a busy world where, sometimes, it feels like you’ve got a million things to do. When we stop and take a little time to prepare and think about our goals, we make a stronger connection with what we’re doing and the people around us. Stronger connection means knowing ourselves, knowing what we’re doing and building relationships with people in all parts of our lives.

Try This!

To connect with ourselves and our identity we must develop a healthy sense of self. But what does this mean and how do we do it?
Watch the video below to hear how some young people cope when they're feeling low.

Making Friends

Whether we realise it or not, we have something in common with almost everyone. Sometimes it just takes a little digging to realise what our similarities are...

Goal Setting

Goals propel us forward, help us believe in ourselves and encourage us to live every day to the fullest. When we set goals we should try to be SMART:

S - specific, significant, stretching
M - measurable, meaningful, motivational
A - agreed upon, attainable, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented
R - realistic, relevant, reasonable, rewarding, results-oriented
T - time-based, time-bound, timely, tangible, trackable

Growth Mindset

Did you know it is possible to rewire our brains? Having a growth mindset is about understanding that we can train our brains to develop our talents and intelligence.
